Largest cinnamon roll

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest cinnamon weighs 521.5 kg (1,149.7 lb), and was achieved by Wolferman's (USA) in Medford, Oregon, USA, on 10 April 2018. Wolferman's wanted to attempt this record as a way to commemorate the release of their new 5 lb cinnamon rolls.
