According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest circuit training at multiple venues involved 2,780 participants at an event organised by Cowichan Sportsplex (Canada) at 10 venues across the province British Columbia, Canada, on 20 April 2012.
The events took place at noon, Pacific Time.
