According to Official Guinness Records,

Nina Merinova (Russia) has 735 different butterfly ornaments, as of September 2011, which she has been collecting since 1996.
Nina started making butterfly ornaments in 1996 when she lived in Siberia. As she had snow 8 months in a year, she began making colourful butterflies after having read the book ‘Butterflies of the World.’
