According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest collection of candy wrappers is 5,065 wrappers and belongs to Milan Lukich Valdivia (Peru), in Tacna, Peru, as of 23 December 2015.Milan has collected chocolate wrappers for more than 32 years. His collection includes wrappers from 49 countries all around the world.
