Largest collection of number plates (licence plates)

According to Official Guinness Records,

Péter and Tamás Kenyeres (both Hungary) have 11,345 different number plates from 133 countries, as of April 2011, which they have been collecting since 1990.Brothers Péter and Tamás started their collection 21 years ago when they got the first two number plates from their father. The oldest plate in their collection is from Austro-Hungarian Empire, approximately from 1900. Their favourite plate is the B7 which was a Hungarian minister’s car plate between 1945-1948.
