Largest collection of ties (Grabatology)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest collection of ties (Grabatology) is 21,321 and was achieved by Irene Sparks (New Zealand), in Oamaru, Otago, New Zealand, on 29 July 2017. Irene started her collection in 2000, where she wanted to make quilts from the ties she collected. It took her 2 years to make 3 quilts.
