According to Official Guinness Records,

The world’s largest doner kebab sandwich weighed 413 kg (910.5 lb) and was made by the Maroosh Lebanese Café at the Applause Festival, Albury, New South Wales, Australia on 23 October 2004.
The kebab measured 8 m (26.24 ft) long and 70 cm (27.5 in) wide and contained 84.5 kg (186.29 lb) lettuce, 25.9 kg (57.09 lb) tabouli salad, 65.4 kg (144.12 lb) tomatoes, 18.4 kg (40.56 lb) onions, 23.10 kg (50.9 lb) garlic butter, 133.5 kg (294.31 lb) chicken and 62.10 kg 136.9 lb) pitta bread.
