According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest focaccia bread weighed 2,800 kg (6, 172 lb) and was made by Catucci Pietro and Latte Antonio (both Italy) in the Piazza Mercato, Mottola, Taranto, Italy on 6 August 2005.
