According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest human image of a diamond is 1,895 people, and was achieved by La Salle Primary School (Hong Kong) in Hong Kong, China, on 2 November 2017. The attempt was held for celebrating the school's 60th anniversary, its Diamond Jubilee.
