According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest human image of a foot consists of 1,290 people, achieved at an event organised by Antarmana Muni Prasanna Sagar Ji Maharaj and Sowmya Murthi Munisri Piyush Sagar Ji Maharaj, (both India) in Karnataka, India, on 29 January 2017.The participants were all members of the Jain community from Karnataka.
