Largest ice cream scoop pyramid

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest ice cream scoop pyramid consists of 5,435 scoops and was created by Diplom-Is AS (Norway) in Strömstad, Sweden, on 28 January 2017.The pyramid was built by a team of 278 people. It weighed over 500 kg (1,102 lbs) and was approximately 1.1 m (3 ft 7 in) tall with 23 layers of ice cream.
