According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest duration for a continuous fire blow is 23.42 seconds and was achieved by Johan Holst (Swedish) in Västerås, Sweden, on 7 January 2017. Johan used n-parafin c10-c13, also known as lamp oil for his attempt.
