Largest illegal release of classified documents

According to Official Guinness Records,

A massive collection of documents from the internal database of a global law firm based in Panama, called Mossack Fonseca, was leaked in April 2016 and revealed the secret offshore holdings of 140 politicians, public officials and athletes around the world. This was released by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists and given to a German newspaper called Süddeutsche Zeitung. The leak, which had over 11 million records dating back 40 years, is approximately 1,500 times as big as the data dumped in 2010 by WikiLeaks.
