According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest interactive weather report was achieved by The Weather Channel (Australia) with 502 submissions forming one interactive weather report in Australia, on 18 August 2010. The submissions were made at 502 schools across Australia. The Weather Channel event was called "The BIG Report". The weather was measured at midday Eastern Standard Time and reported on air at 6pm in one continuous weather report.
