Largest jambalaya

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest jambalaya weighed 1,529 kg (3,371 lb), and was made by the Jambalaya Festival Association (USA) in Gonzales, Louisiana, USA, on 23 May 2009.The attempt was held at the 42nd Annual Jambalaya Festival. The cooking vessel measured 2.3 m (7 ft 8 in) high and 2.4 m (8 ft) in diameter. Ingredients included 374.2 kg (825 lb) pork, 374.2 kg (825 lb) sausages, 294.8 kg (650 lb) rice, 181.4 kg (400 lb) onions, 15.4 kg (34 lb) salt, 9.2 kg (20 lb 8 oz) black pepper, 0.3 kg (14 oz) red pepper, 9.7 kg (21 lb 8 oz) garlic, 105 gallons of water and 4 gallons of oil.
