This record is for the largest kaiserschmarrn cooked in terms of weight. This record may be attempted by an individual or a team of unlimited size. All measurements must be given in both metric (two decimal places) and imperial terms. Kaiserschmarrn is one of the best known Austrian desserts, also popular in Hungary as well as in Bavaria. It consists of light, caramelized pancakes made from a sweet batter with flour, eggs, sugar, salt and milk, baked in butter. Kaiserschmarrn is normally served with powdered sugar and plum or apple jam.
