Largest lasagna / lasagne

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest lasagne is 4,865 kg (10,725 lb 7 oz) and was created by Magillo Restaurant and Macro Supermarket (both Poland), in Wieliczka, Poland, on 20 June 2012.
The dish the lasagne filled measured 25 m (82 ft 0 in) by 2.5 m (8 ft 2 in). The lasagne contained: 2,500 kg (5,511 lb 8 oz) of pasta sheets, 800 kg (1,763 lb 11 oz) of mince, 500 l (109 UK gal 7 pt) of tomato sauce, 500 l (109 UK gal 7 pt) of white sauce, 400 kg (881 lb 13 oz) of mozzarella cheese, 100 kg (220 lb 7 oz) of peas, 100 kg (220 lb 7 oz) of carrots as well as spices. The attempt was made during the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship in Poland and was made in the city where the national Italian team were staying. Around 5,000 people attended the making of the lasagne. Makro supermarket supported the attempt.
