Largest macaroni and cheese

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest macaroni and cheese weighed 1,119.91 kg (2,469 lbs) and was made by Cabot Creamery Cooperative and Chef John Folse & Company (both USA) in Fulton Square in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on 23 September 2010. The cast-iron kettle that the dish was cooked in weighed 862.73 kg (1,902 lbs), which was not counted towards the final weight of the dish.
The recipe called for 260.81 kg (575 lbs) of cooked macaroni, 129.72 kg (286 lbs) of mixed cheese, 25.4 kg (56 lbs) of butter, 11.79 kg (26 lbs) of flour, 498.95 kg (1,100 lbs) of milk, and 27.66 kg (61 lbs) of dry seasoning blend. Amanda Mochan adjudicated.
