Largest manmade floating reed islands

According to Official Guinness Records,

The Uros Islands in Lake Titicaca (Peru/Bolivia) are made from mats of reeds tied together, and are constantly under construction, as they rot away over a three-month period.
On 3 May 2011, the following copy was removed from the attempt text as it was incorrect: "The largest of the Uros Islands is Taquile Island, which is around 1 km (0.6 mile) wide and 7 km (4 miles) long."
This island is a natural island that is not part of the Uros Islands. Don't include this information in future books.
