According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest marketing lesson involved 997 participants, achieved by the Department of Management Studies at V.V.Vanniaperumal College for Women (India), in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, India, on 18 July 2018.This is the second successful attempt at setting this record.
