According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest modelling balloon sculpture by an individual measures 21.91 m (71 ft 10.75 in) by 11.22 m (36 ft 8 in) and was achieved by David Baker (USA) of Twisted Ideas Balloons at the Tri-County Mall in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, on 31 October 2015.The balloon sculpture was a giant bat, hanging upside down, and it utilized 3,961 balloons. It was completed on Halloween.
