According to Official Guinness Records,

Launched in 1993, the NS 50 Let Pobedy (NS 50 Years Since Victory), is 159.6 m long and has a beam of 30 m. It has a displacement of 25,840 tonnes and is powered by 2 27.6 MW nuclear reactors, giving it a top speed of 21.4 knots (39.6 km/hour). The ship is capable of breaking through sea ice with a thickness of 2.8 m.
