According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest open sandwich is 1,151.67 kg (2,539 lb), which was prepared by T-Bones Roadhouse (USA), during the Plymouth Waterfront Food Festival, in Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA, on 19 November 2011.
The open sandwich contained bread (120.65 kg), pork butts (647.72 kg), rib rub (12.24 kg), BBQ sauce (82.55 kg) and coleslaw (288.48 kg).
