According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest pair of spectacles were manufactured in December 2004 by Errold Jessurun (Netherlands) who is employed by Jess Optiek of Weesp, Netherlands. The spectacles are 1.94 m (6 ft 4. 25in) wide and each lens is 68 cm (2 ft 2.75 in) wide.
Each lens has a strength of +1.25
