According to Official Guinness Records,

Largest peg art board mosaic (image) measures 28.97 m² (311.83 ft²) was achieved by Leolandia s.p.a. (Italy), in Capriate San Gervasio, Bergamo, Italy on 28 July 2018.Leolandia is a playground for children that attempted the record as part of celebrations for its 47th anniversary. 1,728,000 plastic nails of 6 different colours were used, the measurements of the display are 13.11 m (43 ft 0.14 in) long and 2.21 m (7 ft 3.0 in) high.
