Largest piece of tofu

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest piece of bean curd weighed 3,120 kg (6,878 lb) and was made by Jiange County Government at Jiangmenguan, Sichuan, China on 28 September 2003.
The giant bean curd measured 2.2 m (7 ft 2 in) long, 1.2 m (4 ft) wide and 0.9 m (3 ft) high, and was fed to approximately 20,000 people.
