According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest profiterole is 150 kg (330.70 lb) and was achieved by Associazione Cons.erva in collaboration with Etica Del Gusto, Despar, Uova Pascolo Fantoni and Crespi at Gemona del Friuli, Udine, Italy, on 16 April 2016.Associazione Cons.erva also attempted the largest toast on the same day, but the record was cancelled due to bad weather.
