Largest real-world place created in Minecraft

According to Official Guinness Records,

On 23 September 2014, the Ordnance Survey (OS) released an updated map of mainland Britain and its surrounding islands called "GB Minecraft 2". Based on the OS's own geographical data, the map represents some 224,000 km² (86,500 square miles) and required 83 billion blocks, with each block representing a ground area of 25 m² (269 sq ft). The map was created by Joseph Braybrook and used free-to-use open-data products from OS OpenData, including 1:25 000 scale OS VectorMap District and OS Terrain 50.
