Largest serving of dumplings

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of dumplings weighed 685kg (1,510 lbs 2 oz) and was made by A Chang Meat Dumpling Restaurant (Chinese Taipei) at Changhua County Stadium in Changhua City, Changhua County, Chinese Taipei, on 18 November 2012.
The ingredients to make up the dumpling consisted of: 155kg of dough
508.5kg of Pork
52.5kg of taro & other vegetables
18kg of onions
15kg of sugar
6 litres of soy sauce
2.4 litres of rice wine vinegar
1.2 kg of black pepper
5.6 litres of sesame oil
