Largest serving of guacamole

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of guacamole weighed 3,788 kg (8,351.11 lb) and was achieved by Junta Local de Sanidad Vegetal de Tancítaro (Mexico), in Tancítaro, Michoacán, Mexico, on 6 April 2018.More than 350 people helped prepare the giant guacamole, which was made as part of Tancítaro's 7th Annual Avocado Festival.
