According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of parmigiana weighs 378 kg (833 lb 5.56 oz) and was created by Nuova Solidarietà (Italy) in Reggio Calabria, Itay on 7 August 2010.
The dish measured 2.18 metres wide and 7.16 metres long.
