Largest serving of roast pork

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of roast pork is 6,626.15 kg (14,608 lb 2.5 oz) and was achieved by Fundación Produce Yucatán, A.C. (Mexico) in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, on 6 March 2016.Fundación Produce Yucatán sought to regain their previous Guinness World Record title for the largest serving of roast pork. A traditional cochinita pibil was prepared using 47 ovens and served from a 50 meter long serving dish. The cochinita pibil was served in the traditional Yucatan-style with hand patted tortillas, pickled red onions and habanero sauce. There were 250 student volunteers from the Universidad Tecnológica del Poniente who helped prepare, cook and serve the public.
