According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest single solar thermal collector measures 70.70 m² (761 ft²) and was achieved by Siko Solar GmbH (Austria), in Innsbruck, Austria, on 31 January 2014.
The solar collector was 20.80 m long and 3.40 m wide.
