Largest truffle cake

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest truffle cake is 1,970 kg (4,343 lb), created by Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Trust, The Cake House and Dharmanath Eknath Gaikwad (all India) at Pune, India on 23 August 2017.The eggless cake was shaped like a Modak i.e. a traditional sweet offered to Lord Ganpati (Ganesh). Its length was 9.60 metres, width 7.12 metres and height 13 centimetres.
