According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest simultaneous broadcast of a TV drama series was achieved by HBO's Game of Thrones, which was simulcast to 173 different countries and territories, starting at 2 a.m. on Monday 20 April 2015 with the second episode of season five.The first episode of season five was simulcast to 171 countries, but not in the UK and Ireland, which joined the rest of the world by episode two, taking the total of countries and territories to 173 and beating CBS’s CSI: Crime Scene Investigation broadcast on 4 March 2015.
