Largest waiter race

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest waiter race was achieved by 337 participants at an event organized by the Consejo Nacional de Cultura Gastronómica (Mexico) at the Paseo de la Reforma, in Mexico City, Mexico, on 17 May 2014.
The length of the race was 800 km (0.5 mi) and the overall winner of the race was Fabricio Saul, a waiter that works at the Hotel Sybharis, with a time of 2 minutes and 57 seconds.
