According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest yoga lesson consists of 100,984 participants, achieved by Government of Rajasthan, Patanjali Yogapeeth and District Administration of Kota (all India) at Kota, Rajasthan, India, on 21 June 2018.21 June is celebrated as World Yoga Day.
