The world's lightest tent is the Laser Photon Elite, by Terra Nova Equipment (UK), a one-man tent that has a mass of 587.9 g (20.7 oz), and was weighed in Derbyshire, UK, on 29 September 2010.
The mass of the tent includes the inner sheet, flysheet, aluminium pole, guylines, 2 carbon fibre support poles, 2 elastics, 12 pegs, peg bag, pole bag, outer bag and even 1 extra guy line and 6 extra flysheet elastics.
