According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest awareness ribbon measures 4,103 m (13,461ft 3 in), and was achieved by VPS Healthcare L.L.C. (UAE) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on 20 October 2018.The event happened as part of a campaign for breast cancer awareness.
