Longest career as a clarinetist

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest career as a clarinetist was achieved by Stanley Drucker (USA, b. 4 February 1929) who performed professionally for 62 years 7 months 1 day as of 4 June 2009. The first Philharmonic concert that Stanley Drucker played was the Orchestra's 4,616th;Mr. Drucker's final subscription concert will take place June 27, 2009, and will be the Philharmonic's 14,846th concert. Prior to joining the New York Philharmonic in 1948, Mr. Drucker gave symphonic performances during his years at the High School of Music and Art in NY, NY (now the LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts) and The Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, PA. He then went on to perform as Principal Clarinetist of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra from 1945-1946, the Adolf Busch Chamber Players from 1946-1947, and the Buffalo Philharmonic, of which he was a member from 1947-1948.
