According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest career as a judge is 49 years and 295 days, achieved by Judge Wesley E. Brown (USA), who served continuously for the United States District Court, from 4 April 1962 until his death on 23 January 2012. Judge Brown was born in Hutchinson, Kansas, USA and lived to be 104.
