Longest career as a live match commentator

According to Official Guinness Records,

Micheál Ó Muircheartaigh (Ireland) had the longest career as a live match commentator, with a career spanning 62 years. Broadcasting on RTÉ since 17 March 1949, he completed his final match commentary on 30 October 2010.
