According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest duration holding Hercules Pillars (two 220-kg pillars held by two 30-kg chains) is 47.72 seconds and was achieved by Nina Geria (Ukraine) on the set of 'Lo Show dei Record' in Rome, Italy, on 12 April 2012.
At the time of the record verification, Nina held the title for the World's Strongest Woman.
