According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest game of human table football was one of 24 hours, played at Foz do Arelho Beach, Caldas de Rainha, Portugal on 12 August 2004.
Guidelines need to be changed as they used 730 players in 73 teams - not along sports marathon guidelines.
