Longest line of surfboards

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest line of surfboards consists of 685 surfboards and measures 1,681.85 m (5,517 ft 10.5 in), and was achieved by Laura O'Shaughnessy-Swan with The City Of Long Beach, New York (USA) in Long Beach, New York, USA on 21 May 2016. This attempt took place in an effort to bring together The City Of Long Beach to show solidarity and love for the ocean following Hurricane Sandy of 2012. Laura O'Shaughnessy-Swan was supported in this attempt by The City of Long Beach, Fin2Tip Committee, LB Surf, LB Aware, Frank and Marie Naudus, Addressing & Labeling Co. Inc, members of The Long Beach Lifeguard Patrol led by Chief Paul Gillespie, and the SKUDIN SURF Family.
