According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest marathon baking (individual) is 25 hours, and was achieved by Nestlé Toll House (USA) in Chicago, Illinois, USA, from 26 to 27 January 2017.Six individuals were successful in their attempts which were part of Nestlé Toll House's 'Bake Some Good' campaign.
