According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest marathon controlling a football is 28 hr 00 min 00 sec, and was achieved by Abraham Muñoz (Mexico) at Queens Theatre in New York, New York, USA, from 5 to 6 May 2017. Abraham Muñoz, a Mexican citizen from the city of Zinapécuaro, he also holds 5 other Guinness World Records titles, which include the Longest time continuously controlling a football (21h 1min) and Fastest marathon juggling a football (5h 41min 52 sec). According to Abraham, the Fastest marathon juggling a football was the most difficult one to achieve, because he had to run against the time.
