According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest marathon playing keyboard/piano lasted 127 hr 8 min 38 sec and was achieved by Mrityunjay Sharma (India) in New Delhi, India, from 11 - 17 October 2015Mrityunjay Sharma (India) completed his attempt on a Korg proffesional arranger PA300 keyboard.
