According to Official Guinness Records,

Conny Strömberg (Sweden) kept control of a 5kg (11 lb) medicine ball with just his feet for 1 min 34 sec (a total of 234 touches) on the set of Guinness Rekord TV, Stockhom, Sweden on 27 November 2001.
