Longest milk tooth

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest milk tooth is from Ahmed Afrah Ismail (Maldives) measuring a total of 2.3 cm (0.91 in) having a crown length of 1.0 cm (0.39 in) and a root length 1.3 cm (0.51 in). The tooth was measured in Male, Republic of Maldives on the 28 December 2000.
